Robindhra is a Director at Plum with industry experience across the Internet & TMT sector from technical, strategic, economic, regulatory, competition and policy perspectives encompassing; fixed, mobile and IP networks, IoT, broadcast, spectrum, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data centre, cloud, applications, Android, OS Platforms, payment systems, Next Generation Networks Access & backhaul, Software Defined Networks, peering and Internet technologies across APAC (India, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong) USA, Middle East, UK and Europe.

In roles within Industry with Tesla, Google, GSMA, C&W Global and ICO, Robindhra has led global strategic relationship building engagement with regulators, stakeholders, competition authorities, operators and international standards bodies to support the deployment and development of new products & services, enable market access, consumer protection, content control & filtering, privacy, business transformation, Roaming, standards development, IPR & interoperability.

Robindhra has a solid background in competition, public and regulatory policy working with UK’s Competition & Market Authority and with Ofcom the UK sector Competition & Regulatory Authority including joint working with EU National Regulatory Authorities within BEREC and RSPG. He has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Kings College London, and Masters in Business Management from Kingston University, Surrey, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Avionics and Software Engineering.
