Plum assessed the benefits of releasing digital dividend and 2.6 GHz spectrum for mobile broadband in Sub-Saharan Africa in terms of both economic growth and social development. The study involved quantitative modelling of impact of early spectrum release on GDP growth.
Plum carried out a qualitative and quantitative impact assessment of European Commission questionnaire proposals in relation to regulation and cost orientation for copper and fibre.
