Par la m\u00eame occasion, il a impos\u00e9 une r\u00e9glementation asym\u00e9trique \u00e0 AMX.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9valu\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9tat de la concurrence et ses perspectives d\u2019avenir dans le secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications. Nous avons ensuite examin\u00e9 comment l&#8217;IFT pourrait r\u00e9glementer le secteur en vertu de la nouvelle loi, notamment en ce qui concerne les options de s\u00e9paration des acteurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s verticalement. Des \u00e9tudes de cas internationales ont servi \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re la nature et les r\u00e9sultats des diff\u00e9rentes approches r\u00e9glementaires.
