Toutefois, la demande en donn\u00e9es mobiles future est incertaine, car selon cette approche, il ne peut y avoir que soit un surplus de spectre, soit une \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9nurie de spectre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nous explorons ici une approche alternative de \u00ab\u00a0co\u00fbt r\u00e9current\u00a0\u00bb ou de \u00ab\u00a0bootstrap\u00a0\u00bb, o\u00f9 la demande en donn\u00e9es mobiles et la valeur du spectre sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment, sans qu&#8217;il soit n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9voir le trafic de donn\u00e9es. L&#8217;\u00e9quilibre est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 dans le mod\u00e8le en fonction d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ses sous-jacentes quant \u00e0 l\u2019offre et \u00e0 la demande.
