En 2019, il repr\u00e9sentait plus de 13 milliards de d\u00e9penses dans le pays, avec un taux de croissance de 15% en un an. Cette croissance s\u2019est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019inqui\u00e9tudes autour des dommages possibles pour les consommateurs et les annonceurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude de recherche de Plum pour le D\u00e9partement britannique du Num\u00e9rique, de la Culture, des M\u00e9dias et du Sport (DCMS) examine la nature, l&#8217;ampleur et les causes des dommages r\u00e9sultant de la publicit\u00e9 en ligne dans trois segments: publicit\u00e9 payante sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, open display et marketing d&#8217;influence. Elle \u00e9value ensuite les initiatives en cours pour faire face \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes et identifie les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.L&#8217;\u00e9tude inclut un examen rapide de la recherche et de la litt\u00e9rature existantes, ainsi qu&#8217;une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;entretiens avec les parties prenantes de la cha\u00eene de valeur et les principaux organismes de r\u00e9glementation, recueillant des points de vue qui ont \u00e9clair\u00e9 l&#8217;analyse.
