At the GSA Webinar on 10 June, “UHF spectrum – closing the digital divide”, Tim Miller will be presenting the results of a forthcoming Plum report on the future of UHF spectrum.  The report – and the presentation – looks at use by mobile, broadcasting, PMSE, PPDR and radioastronomy, and considers how the current allocation in ITU Region 1 is inefficient.
