David Lewin

David Lewin is an expert in the economics and regulation of fixed and mobile telecommunications. He has advised on virtually all aspects of telecommunications regulation in most countries of the world. He has also played a central role in advising the European Commission – ranging from a major input to the Access and Interconnect Directive in 2000 to advising on regulation of NGA in 2009. He enjoys nothing more than combining his experience with economic analysis to solve regulatory problems for operators and regulators – always with the public interest in mind.
