It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rob Mangtani.  Rob joined Plum at the end of 2017 during an illustrious career spanning over twenty years, focussing on technology, telecommunications, and digital systems, including periods at Tesla, Google, Ofcom and the CMA.  He had a strong interest in regulation, competition policy, and the growth of digital platforms, and while at Plum he contributed a great amount to diverse and varied projects.  Those who met him will have seen his enthusiasm, knowledge, and understanding of complex questions; he was always keen to help others define their problems and then solve them.
