On Friday 7 July, Plum Director Chris Taylor presented a webinar on barriers to digital connectivity and engagement. The event included some global examples and analysis, and a case study focused on identifying and addressing these barriers from Plum’s recent study for the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.
