Brian Williamson spoke on copper pricing and the fibre transition at the PTS Marknadsdagen in Stockholm.  The presentation considered principles and evidence in relation to the impact on investment incentives of changes in the price of copper.  The presentation also considered evidence from experience in Australia, the UK and the US.
