Phillipa Marks spoke at the Annual Asia Pacific Spectrum Management Conference in Bangkok. The event focussed on best practices in areas such as spectrum pricing and allocation,  additional spectrum for next generation mobile broadband, the Digital Switchover in Asia Pacific region, broadband coverage for rural areas and tackling the digital divide.
