Plum conducted a study for ETNO of developments since the last review of the telecommunications market in Europe in 2007 and their implications for the list of relevant markets susceptible to regulation.  The study considered technology and market developments since the last review and anticipated to 2015 and beyond.  The study also took into account regulatory experience.  A reduced list of markets was proposed.  In addition guidance in relation to market reviews and the application of remedies was proposed.
