Tony Lavender spoke at the UK Spectrum Policy Forum Cluster 2 on Public-Private sharing. Tony’s presentation introduced the basics of spectrum sharing from a technical, economic and regulatory perspective and highlighted the key issues that arise in public-private spectrum sharing.
