Richard Rudd presented at the IET’s 2018 Colloquium on Antennas, Wireless and Electromagnetics conference, in Bristol. The main purpose of the presentation was to give an overview of the structure of, and current work within, ITU-R Study Group 3, concerned with radio wave propagation.
