David Lewin spoke at a European Commission seminar in London to explore how technology might be used to both promote efficient delivery of health care and increase social inclusion. He will focus on measures to improve the quality of life of older and disabled people. The seminar is part of the Commission’s debate on its recently published Digital Agenda.
