Plum participated in two sessions at the 2019 European Spectrum Management Conference held in Brussels on 19 and 20 June.

• Tony Lavender moderated a panel looking at how millimetre wave spectrum can be used to provide capacity and innovation, and the regulatory and authorisation regime that needs to be in place to enable this.
• Tim Miller oversaw a head-to-head debate on the subject of whether spectrum should no longer be awarded through auctions.
