Tim Miller spoke today at the UK Spectrum Policy Forum Cluster 2: DTG DSA Forum and discussions on PMSE about future spectrum sharing scenarios.

Tim spoke about the need for spectrum sharing as the demand for sharing for spectrum-using services, including mobile broadband, increases and how spectrum sharing is possible between many different combinations of users and applications in the UK.  He also drew attention to specific tasks for the UK regulator and policy makers regarding public sector sharing opportunities in the context of both licensed shared access and dynamic shared access.

There are two forthcoming Plum studies for techUK on licensed shared access and the future use of licence exempt spectrum.
