Tony Lavender has extensive expertise in the telecoms sector in strategy, technology and regulation. He has advised many telecoms organisations on a variety of business and regulatory issues and particularly on industry transformation arising from convergence. Having worked for an operator, a regulator, as an analyst and as a consultant Tony understands and is able to resolve the complexity of many of the industry’s issues from different perspectives. Tony is an excellent communicator and he enjoys client engagement and achieving results that deliver mutual value and benefit to Plum’s customers and to Plum itself.
