Plum undertook a critical review of a report “The value of Digital Terrestrial Television in an era of increasing demand for spectrum” published in January 2014 by Digital UK.

Plum’s critique focussed on the methodology used to estimate the economic benefit of DTT and the average and marginal value of spectrum.
