Plum prepared an economic assessment of the options for the future regulation of European mobile roaming for Telecom Austria Group. This included a comparison of options to promote competition in the retail roaming market by structurally separating roaming services from other mobile services with an option to continue to regulate retail and wholesale prices. The findings of the study were presented to MEPs at the European Parliament.
