Plum is delighted to announce that Benoît Felten has joined our team.  Benoît has extensive experience in telecommunications regulation and policy, and brings thought leadership in fixed and mobile network issues to build on Plum’s existing capabilities.  While he will be based in our Paris office, Benoît will work alongside all Plum staff to provide our clients worldwide with his expertise.

Benoît has worked on a number of projects with Plum over the past few years and is renowned both internally and externally for his ability to tackle the biggest issues of the day, ranging from infrastructure ownership, through legacy network use, to the future evolution of mobile network technology.  We look forward to introducing Benoît to our clients and bringing his expertise to help them.
