Richard Rudd authored a paper on measuring clutter loss and building entry loss

Richard Rudd was the lead author for a paper on measuring clutter loss and building entry loss. The paper found that models and measurements exist for building entry loss and for loss due to local clutter. However, there appears to be less information on the combined effects of the two mechanisms. The paper reports on an initial set of measurements made at 3.5 GHz, in which the loss mechanisms were measured separately and in combination.
