Google developed a computer interface system based on hand/motion sensing radar operating in the 60 GHz band. Facebook have concerns that the use of such devices might cause interference to wideband data transmission systems operating in the same band (e.g. Wi-Gig). Plum were commissioned to review the technical studies on the issue, and draft a submission to the relevant CEPT-ECC group (SRD/MG) on the topic.
